Subscriptions & Billing

The Service is provided on a paid basis with no free plans. Payments are processed via our payment provider. Refunds are available only within seven (7) days of purchase, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Company Names for Trust and Marketing

Use of Company Names

By using our service, you agree that we may display the name of your company, organization, or business on our website, marketing materials, or landing pages as a demonstration of our trusted clients and to showcase the companies that use our platform. This is intended solely for trust-building and promotional purposes and does not imply any endorsement beyond the use of our services.

We will not disclose any sensitive or personal information about your company.

If you wish to opt out of having your company name displayed, you may contact us at assignix.app@gmail.com and we will promptly remove it from our promotional materials.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: violating laws, infringing intellectual property, attempting unauthorized access, or interfering with or disrupting the Service.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including all associated intellectual property rights, is owned by Assignix and its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload, and you grant Assignix a limited license to process such content solely to provide the Service.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Assignix does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. In no event shall Assignix be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
